Designs for Health partners with Direct Freight Express and Australia Post for order deliveries. The selection of the freight provider is determined by our warehouse logistics team, based on factors such as parcel volumetric weight, delivery location and the time that the order is placed. In circumstances where one provider is operationally more suitable, our team will make the appropriate decision accordingly.
Customers will receive shipping notifications and tracking details once the order has been dispatched. If you have a specific preference between Direct Freight Express and Australia Post, you must inform our Customer Experience Team before dispatch.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are typically dispatched on the same business day. Delivery timeframes are subject to the schedules of Direct Freight Express and Australia Post.
For metropolitan areas in major East Coast cities, delivery is generally completed within 1 to 3 business days.
For regional and remote areas, delivery may take longer than two business days.
While occurrences of damage or loss in transit are rare, Designs for Health will assume responsibility in such events. Please contact Customer Service to report a delayed or damaged parcel and to arrange a return or replacement as necessary.

Designs for Health ships internationally through a network of approved providers who are authorised to distribute our products. All international shipments are prepared in accordance with standard international transit requirements. If you are interested in becoming an authorised international distributor or require further information, please contact our Customer Service Team.
