Freight Providers

We use Direct Freight Express for all deliveries, with the exception of Functional Testing Kits sent to patients, which are sent via the Australia Post Standard Parcel Service. If you are ordering from  NZ, please contact our Customer Service on (02) 9316 6266 for the name of the distributor responsible for your region.

Freight Charges

Online orders: Free shipping on all orders over $200 (ex GST). A shipping fee of $10 (ex GST) is applied to all orders under the freight-free minimum.
Email and Phone Orders: Free shipping on all orders over $220 (ex GST). A shipping fee of $12.95 (ex GST) is applied to all orders under the freight-free minimum.

Delivery Timeframes

We endeavour to send orders received before 2 PM EST* on the same day.  Delivery timeframes are subject to Direct Freight and Australia Post timeframes. In most cases across metropolitan east coast capital cities, deliveries are achieved within two business days. Other/regional destinations will be greater than two days.

Damage or loss in transit is rare; however, if it happens, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

Out of Stocks 

we update our site’s product availability regularly; however, if a product is out of stock, we will update our site to indicate this. If this happens, you can still pre-order the product, and we will notify you when it is available. Also, in some very rare circumstances, even if the product is showing as available, another customer may have selected to purchase the same product as you at the exact same time. If this happens, we will also notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period.
