Colds and Flu

Whilst cold and flus are the most common and frequent infection, the ability to manage when they occur and strengthen immunity is integral for maintaining ongoing good health.

Immunity, Designs for Health

Upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs) are currently the most frequent infectious illness in humans. Infectious organisms, which can enter the host, belong to a wide range of classes. Effective prevention methods and treatment plans are challenging; thus novel safe alternative solutions are needed to reduce infection and avoid associated antibiotic use.

Bacterial and viral infections can lead to tonsillitis otitis media and other complications. Therefore it is essential to strengthen ones own immune defence especially during vulnerable periods such as cold and flu season.
