Learn with Designs for Health: the Dynamics of A Functional Approach to the Stress/Gut Connection in Anxiety

We are experiencing an epidemic of anxiety and exhaustion, and there’s no sign of it letting up. Clients are coming to us with a need to explore other treatment options when the usual pharmaceuticals and herbs don’t hit the mark.

Jules Galloway draws on her personal and professional experience to take you on a deep dive into her functional approach to recovering from fatigue, anxiety, burnout and complex health issues.

In this session, Jules takes you through the role of stress and gut dysfunction in the onset and escalation of anxiety, fatigue and related symptoms.

In this webinar, Jules discusses:

  • Why anxiety cases have increased over the last 2.5 years
  • Why EVERY anxious and fatigued client needs a gut assessment
  • The impact of stress on gut function (and what to do about it!)
  • Functional pathology testing options
  • How to deliver a treatment plan that addresses these underlying drivers, without overwhelming your client

A Common Story, All Too Familiar in 2022!

Jules’ clients come to her because they are sick of having no energy for their family, friends and the things they love. Work is suffering. Relationships are suffering. Many are developing chronic health issues. They’re dragging themselves around each day and living on coffee and sugar to get by. Jules is on a mission to help these women feel happy, in control and full of vitality. She is committed to giving them new solutions, even when they’ve tried lots of things before.

Sharing Her Vitality For Good

Jules is also committed to giving back. She leads teams of medical and nutrition volunteers four times per year to remote parts of Fiji to work on diabetes prevention projects. She is confident to do this now because she has the energy and vitality to be able to achieve her dreams… and she wants the same for you.
