The focus of this Learning Collective is the ‘active’ forms of B vitamins—forms that are in a state that the human body can utilise immediately. B vitamins are a group of vital nutrients in our bodies. They are essential for various physiological functions, including energy production, DNA synthesis, and maintaining healthy nervous and immune systems. However, not all B vitamins are created equal.Â
In this Learning Collective session, Dr Coetzee explores the science behind active B vitamins, their benefits, and their sources. He will present how they differ from their inactive counterparts and why this distinction is critical in clinical practice. The webinar delves into the latest research and clinical studies, providing you with up-to-date knowledge to apply in your practice.
