Health Australia is proud to present the Practitioner Business Education Series, dedicated to supporting
natural health professionals in gaining expertise, clinical experience, and delivering quality patient
outcomes.
You became a practitioner to help people, not to become a content creator. But in today’s landscape, your online presence is often the first impression a potential patient has of you, and a powerful way to educate and retain the community you’ve already built.
The problem is that most practitioners either avoid social media altogether, or show up inconsistently. Navigating digital marketing often feels overwhelming, inauthentic, or just one more thing on an already full plate.
In this business masterclass, naturopath Bec Talia reveals how she has distilled what actually works for small health practices into something practical, sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable. After growing a clinic’s Instagram and Facebook following by nearly 4,000 highly engaged followers—with a significant portion of bookings flowing directly from social media – Bec will provide you with the exact strategies to confidently build your online community. This webinar is specifically for you if you’ve been putting off showing up online, feel unsure about what to post, or want a strategy that aligns with how a small health practice actually works.

Bec Talia is a naturopath with over 20 years of clinical experience. After managing social media accounts for a clinic she also consulted in, which grew its following by nearly 4,000 highly engaged followers and generated a significant portion of its bookings through Instagram and Facebook, she saw firsthand how powerful simple, authentic online education can be.
Originally shy herself, Bec has grown to love the creative and connective side of social media. She now helps natural health practitioners use Instagram and Facebook as practical extensions of their clinic, focusing on education, community, and confidence rather than trends or performance.
