Many health practitioners are clinically exceptional — yet privately exhausted. Despite doing “all the right things,” they often experience nervous system overload, income ceilings, inconsistent growth, and a quiet disconnect between effort and financial return.
This transformative webinar explores a powerful but often overlooked driver of sustainable business success: nervous system regulation and energetic alignment.
Rather than adding more strategy, more effort, or more hustle, this session reframes growth through the lens of safety, capacity, and embodied leadership. Practitioners will learn how chronic sympathetic activation, over-giving, and survival-based decision-making subtly cap income, weaken boundaries, and limit expansion.

Amy Mingin is a naturopath and business mentor who believes the most powerful thing a practitioner can do for their clients is first learn to lead themselves.
With over a decade of experience across clinical practice and practitioner coaching, Amy works at the intersection of health, nervous system regulation, and conscious business. She helps health professionals build sustainable, values-led practices without burning out in the process.
Through her coaching community Woman of Value, Amy mentors naturopaths, nutritionists, and health coaches to grow thriving businesses rooted in integrity, authentic leadership, and deep respect for their own wellbeing. Her philosophy is simple: you cannot truly change, grow, or lead others until you first feel safe within yourself.
Amy’s approach is both clinical and philosophical, grounded in the science of the nervous system, and shaped by a genuine belief that the way we run our businesses is a direct reflection of how regulated, aligned, and truthful we are within ourselves.
She is also the creator of Beyond Breath, a breathwork course designed to help practitioners access deeper states of regulation, presence, and clarity, both in life and in their work with clients. Amy lives and works on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Hi, I’m Chantal Oxley — a Naturopath, Reiki Practitioner, and mother devoted to helping women feel safe, grounded, and connected in their bodies again.
I am a unique Naturopath, as I utilise a blend of naturopathy and energetic healing with reiki. Many of my clients come to me wanting to make positive changes in their life, but find that something is holding them back. Incorporating energetic work allows us to gently shift the emotions or energetic blockages that can keep us feeling stuck when we’re trying to move forward.
