Your practitioner sets up your account with your name and email.
Log in to your account to access your prescriptions. Simply complete your order, arrange delivery and re-order repeats.
Add products from your prescription to your cart and complete the checkout process to arrange delivery.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3 pm (AEDT) on the same day.
Our freight company has an excellent record of swift delivery; the table on the right is a general guideline for expected delivery times for your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details of your delivery, this will allow you to arrange any changes to your delivery where required.
Orders under $150 (ex GST) will attract a $7.50 (ex GST) shipping charge.
All orders over $150 will be delivered free of charge.
If a product you have been prescribed is out of stock when you receive your prescription, you can still purchase other items on your prescription.
When the product comes back into stock, you will receive an email advising that the product is available to purchase.
The team at Designs for Health are happy to assist practitioners with any product information they require, however, we are unable to provide health advice or product recommendations to patients. Any patient enquiries relating to patient prescriptions/orders will be redirected to your prescribing practitioner.
