Access Your Prescriptions
- Your practitioner will set up your account and prescription
- You will receive an email with your account details and login credentials
- You can review your prescription and order products for delivery as needed
- You can also review the full range of DFH products and ask for more details via your practitioner
More Information
- Your practitioner may have prescribed several repeats of your products. You can choose how many you would like to purchase at any time by changing the amount of each product in your cart. Any remaining products on your prescription can be purchased at a later date of your choosing.
- Once all the products on your prescription have been purchased, your prescription will be considered complete and you will need to ask your practitioner for a new prescription to purchase more products.

Delivery Times, Shipping Costs and Out of Stocks
Delivery Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3 pm (AEDT) on the same day.Our freight company has an excellent record of swift delivery; the table on the right is a general guideline for expected delivery times for your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details of your delivery, this will allow you to arrange any changes to your delivery where required.
Shipping Costs
Orders under $150 (ex GST) will attract a $7.50 (ex GST) shipping charge.
All orders over $150 will be delivered free of charge.Out of Stocks
If a product you have been prescribed is out of stock when you receive your prescription, you can still purchase other items on your prescription.
When the product comes back into stock, you will receive an email advising that the product is available to purchase.
Patient Health Advice
The team at Designs for Health are happy to assist practitioners with any product information they require, however, we are unable to provide health advice or product recommendations to patients. Any patient enquiries relating to patient prescriptions/orders will be redirected to your prescribing practitioner.
