Your health practitioner has ordered your GI-MAP + Stool OMX Test.
This page is for you to make the payment for the test kit and analysis report.Â
- Once you have made your payment on this page, your Test Kit will be delivered to you.
- The Test Kit includes a test request form and instructions to collect your stool sample.
- Once received at the Designs For Health office, the sample will be sent directly to the laboratory for prompt analysis.
- Once your sample is received at the lab, it can take up to 12-15 business days for your report to be ready.
- Your results will be emailed directly to your prescribing healthcare professional. Please get in touch with them directly to arrange a follow-up consultation to discuss your resultsÂ
